Technical support is available at 925-443-5900, from Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm PST.  If someone is not immediately available to answer your questions, we will return your call.  If there is a problem with your order, call toll free (800) 811-2009 ; our staff can correct it immediately.  Questions can also be directed to us via e-mail to info@acpsales.com .

Fast Service
ACP has provided personal and fast service for over 20 years. We carry a full inventory and will ship your order complete within 48 hours. If we are temporarily out of an item, we will hold your order no more than 3 days if we know the item is in transit to us. If it will be longer, we will backorder (BO) only if we will be able to ship within 30 days. If, for any reason, the lead-time is longer, we will show the item as temporarily out of stock (TOS).

Ordering and Payment Information
In the USA and Canada, you may phone your order free by dialing (800) 811-2009 or order on-line at www.acp-composites.com. All other international calls, please dial 925-443-5900. Orders can be faxed to 925-443-5901.  We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, money orders, personal and business checks drawn on US banks in US dollars. COD is available in the USA at current carrier rates. Wire transfers; please add $25 to cover fees. If you wish to use PayPal, 3% of the order total will be added to your invoice to cover fees.

ACP processes credit card transactions when the order is shipped so we can accurately include the exact shipping charges. This includes online orders via the shopping cart. A copy of your invoice will be provided with your order. If you need an estimate prior to shipping, please call customer service, send an e-mail or request the total be e-mailed to you when we ship.

California Sales Tax
California sales tax applies to all shipments and deliveries within California including hotels, motels, trade shows and special events.

Return Policy
Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt. If you have any missing or damaged items, please call customer service at (800) 811-2009 . If you wish to return an item that you cannot use, we will allow returns within 90 days of invoice date if it is returned undamaged and in like-new condition at your expense. There will be a 15% restock charge. Please call customer service for return authorization. Custom orders and sale items cannot be returned.
