A narrow width of carbon fabric with a non-fraying edge manufactured from 3K plain weave fabric. Construction is 12.5 x 12.5 tows per square inch yielding a fabric that weighs 193 g/m3.

 

A great alternative to cutting small widths of woven fabric that unravel when being bonded to the substrate. Recommended as a reinforcement where stiffness in the 0/90 direction is required. Carbon tapes exhibit the same properties as woven carbon fiber fabrics.
