ACP’s Honeycomb / 0-90 Uni-Directional Carbon Panels are manufactured with two layers of uni-directional carbon fiber pre-preg are bonded to both sides of the the honeycomb core. The uni-directional carbon plies are layed up at 0 and 90 degrees to produce the stiffest and strongest of all the honeycomb core panels. This panel is ideally suited for applications that require a lightweight and stiff panel.

ACP’s End Grain Balsa / Carbon Panels are manufactured by bonding 0/90 unidirectional carbon fiber pre-preg and epoxy film adhesive to both sides of an End Grain Balsa core. The uni carbon fabric gives stiffness in both directions. The panels are ideal for lightweight structures such as UAV bulkheads, servo trays, camera supports and floor boards.
