Braided Fiberglass Sleeve
Available in 1.5" diameter (expands)
ACP’s Braided Fiberglass Sleeve is a triaxle braid of precisely oriented fibers of maximum stiffness, torsial stability, and compressive strength. The sleeves are capable of expanding and contracting approximately 3/8” in diameter allowing for a variety of tapers. Biaxial braid easily and repeatedly expands open to fit over molding tools or cores, accommodating straight, uniform cross-section forms as well as non-linear, irregular cross section components. Braid is, in essence, a near net-shape preform.

4.2 Oz. Uni-Web S-Glass
12" wide
ACP's Uni-Web S-Glass is an all-unidirectional S-Glass fabric, held together with a unique "tissue" on the fibers. The tissue allows for easy handling when applying the fiber, then virtually dissolves into the laminate when curing. S-Glass fiber is superior in strength to standard E-Glass, making this Uni-Web perfect for high-strength, weight-critical applications where exact placement of the fiber is needed.
