3.7 Oz. "Uni-Web" Unidirectional Carbon Fiber
Available in 1", 2" and 12" widths
UniWeb is a new and easy to apply type of reinforcement. It consists of a nonwoven sheet of unidirectional carbon fibers that are held in position by a fine spider web of polymer fibrils Iying on the surface. The special polymer used is compatible with epoxy and polyester resins. The fibril or web system that bonds the reinforcement fibers together allows the fabric to be cut easily, trimmed, or slit, giving clean edges with absolutely no fraying. The fibers lie flat and straight, and cannot shift or bunch up as often happens with uni-stitched fabrics. Carbon Fiber UniWeb weighs 3.7 Oz. / Sq. Yd. and is .006" thick.

4.5 Oz. Unidirectional Carbon Fiber
4.5 Oz/Sq Yd., 12" Wide, Unidirectional
"Tacky Thread" binder
ACP’s 4.5 Oz. Uni-Carbon is a new and easy to apply type of uni-directional carbon reinforcement. It consists of unidirectional carbon fibers, held in position by a stiched glass yarn. The special polymer used is compatible with epoxy and polyester resins. The fibril or web system that bonds the reinforcement fibers together allows the fabric to be easily cut, trimmed or slit, resulting in clean edges with no fraying. The fibers lie flat and straight and do not shift or bunch up. The fibers can easily be wetted out and bonded to any substrate with EZ-Lam Epoxy Resin or CA adhesive.

Carbon Fiber Braided Sleeves
Available in .25", .5", 1", 1.5", 2.5" and 4" diameters
ACP’s Braided Carbon Sleeve is a triaxle braid of precisely oriented fibers of maximum stiffness, torsial stability, and compressive strength. It can be used to manufacture tapered tail booms, tubes, and motorcycle exhaust pipes. The sleeves are capable of expanding and contracting approximately 3/8” in diameter allowing for a variety of tapers.
Braided sleeves are also available in Fiberglass and Kevlar®
