1/4" shank saber saw blade that uses thousands of tiny tungsten carbide particles bonded to the cutting surface to obtain a superior cutting edge that will easily cut all composite materials. These blades are recommended for cutting ACP's graphite or glass faced end-grain balsa panels. Unlike a band saw blade, these blades leave an exceptionally smooth cut and will not snag the bottom laminate.
A thin tough alloy steel wire coated with carbide grit. It can be used in a 10" coping saw or hacksaw to cut all types of composite laminates easily by hand.
An industrial style cutter with a 3 " diameter rotary cutter. The most convenient way we have found to cut fiberglass cloth. Leaves a very sharp cut with very few frayed edges. When glassing foam wings during vacuum bagging, the glass can easily be cut by using the Mylar as a template and running the rotary cutter around the Mylar to trim the glass. Comes with an extra blade. Replacement blades are available.
A tough plastic sheet for cutting glass with the rotary cutter. Increases the longevity of the blade and also protects the work- bench.
Lightweight injection molded shears. The unique design incorporates serrations on the blades, deterring the fabric from moving away while being cut by the shears. Resistant to acetone and other solvents.
These shears were developed specifically for cutting Kevlar® fabrics. It uses a wear resistant surface coating that will not chip or flake off. They have an estimated life of ten times that of uncoated shears, and can be resharpened if required. The 8" shear is used for cutting complex shapes, while the 10" shears are used primarily for straight cuts.
These vinyl gloves are lightweight, thin, seamless and disposable. They will not allow epoxy resin to penetrate.
Wooden paddlesticks with one rounded and one square end.
4 Oz. clear plastic graduated mixing containers with covers. The mixing cups are reusable as long as the resin and hardener are not mixed together in them.
Used to protect hands from epoxy and other solvent based materials. Should be used in conjunction with vinyl gloves.
Made of flexible polystyrene, they are used for mixing Part A and Part B of EZ-LAM epoxy. Wide lip allows assured grip surface for handling. Dishes bend easily for pouring to ensure a non-spill transfer of the resin.
A smooth teflon coated fiberglass 12" square sheet on which epoxy paste can be mixed. Epoxywan be peeled off after it's cured, allowing the sheet to be reused.
Automatic hot wire foam cutter for cutting straight or taper wings, fins and stabilizers. Complete ready to use kit which can be easily mounted on a workbench ortable. Micro adjustable down-weights insure precise template tracking. Includes a 28" folding bow and requires a thermal generator or suitable power source.
Engineered specifically to power the Feather Cut machine for optimum temperature control. The thermal generator takes the guess work out of hot wire temperature control with its electronic metering device.

Special high tensile carbon wire that is 20% stronger than music wire. Less thermal expansion than nichrome wire.
High temperature phenolic board that will not chip when cut or burn from the hot wire. Will produce accurate templates with extremely smooth surface edges for skip free travel of the hot wire. Available in 1/32" and 1/16" thicknesses.
